Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing Engineer

Scope of Work :

1. Design and planning technical calculation to ensure accuracy and efficiency of MEP systems, including electrical distribution (lighting, power distribution, CCTV), plumbing (water & pump), HVAC, fire alarm and suppression system.
2. Prepare engineering drawings, technical and material specifications, datasheets, calculations and reports in accordance with client/project quality and safety requirements to meet local and international codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
3. Develop Material Take Off (MTO) in accordance with design drawings and its pricing estimation to create Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on the up-to-date market pricing from vendors and suppliers.
4. Provide engineering support mainly during FS, FEED, BED, DED, up to Construction, including on-ground data gathering, site verification and resolution of technical queries.
