Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 1pm on Fridays, flexibility around core hours
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

We're looking for a talented Facilities Lead to join our client based in Ely. This is a hands‑on position suited to a technically strong facilities or building services professional with experience managing compliance, contractors and critical Mechanical/Electrical infrastructure within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and compliance of electrical and mechanical systems including HVAC, LV/HV systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting and plant equipment
