Mechanical Durability Test Engineer

WHAT WILL I BE DOING AT CLIENT?
? Responsible for On Road Durability Testing - Measurements and Inspection.
? Responsible for Vehicle level Environmental Testings.
? Responsible for conducting Vehicle Level Abuse case tests.
? Responsible for pre and post test inspections and identifying the failures post test.
? Carry out testing as per the Test Request and Document the Test through Test reports and raising FIR/Bugs in the system.
? Maintain all ORD vehicles scheduled service logs and measurement logs and report to the manager.
? Do preliminary Root Cause Analysis on the failures observed on ORD, Abuse and Environmental and Abuse case vehicles and give details of the failures observed to Engineers.
? Reporting bugs in a comprehensive manner.
? Write new test cases to replicate the field conditions and failures and achieve repeatability.
? Manage the riders and the technicians to ensure that the necessary result is achieved.
