Looking to make a positive change in technical delivery in the Water BC? As the Mechanical Discipline Leader (DL) you will influence end-to-end delivery excellence in the Water Australia Business Centre through leading a culture of technical excellence in your discipline. You will work with BC leaders to assess discipline capacity and assist with the career development of your discipline practitioners. You’ll drive development and implementation of discipline specific standard tools, processes, guidelines, design standards, and training materials and pro-active capture and re-use of intellectual property, best-practice development, knowledge transfer and integration in the business.
