Position Overview

We are looking for a permanent full‑time Mechanical Discipline Lead to join either our Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary team! This position will report to the Director of Engineering.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach mechanical engineers, designers, and technologists.
• Set high standards for technical quality, safety, professionalism, and integrity.
• Build strong relationships with team members and support a positive work environment.
• Participate in performance management, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
• Work with team members to establish explicit, measurable goals and support their progress.
• Identify training needs and coordinate technical and professional development.
