Mechanical Development Engineer - Mechanical Integration

• Design, develop, and release mechanical integration components including housing, castings, stampings, bearings, fasteners, seals, plugs, harnesses, cooling, and lubrication systems to meet defined performance, durability, and cost targets.
• Select appropriate materials to meet strength, durability, corrosion resistance, and thermal requirements.
• Create design work orders and provide direction to CAD resources to develop product designs; review, approve, and release engineering drawings to support program requirements.
• Perform engineering analysis and calculations on mechanical housing, castings, stampings, bearings, fasteners, seals & plugs, harness, cooling and lubrication components, sub-systems, and present rationale to program team.
