This role combines 3D CAD modeling, opto-mechanical assembly design, vendor collaboration, and prototype testing in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary engineering environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a lab and shop setting, enjoys solving complex mechanical challenges, and has a strong foundation in design for manufacturing and mechanical documentation.
