Mechanical Design Specialist

The candidate should have strong exposure to

machine and conveyor design

, including complete mechanical systems such as

belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and other bulk material handling equipment for heavy engineering applications.

Proficiency in structural analysis and

FEA (stress, fatigue, buckling, thermal), steel structure design, load calculations, and knowledge of steel grades and material properties is essential.

Expertise in

CAD

and automation tools like

SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD

is required for design, simulation, and validation. A solid understanding of international standards (ASME, EN, DIN, JIS, and Indian codes), GD&T, manufacturing processes, FMEA, Cp, and Cpk is necessary. With strong analytical ability, good communication skills, teamwork.
