We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join an expanding engineering team delivering innovative power and protection systems within highly regulated and technically challenging environments.

Due to the nature of the projects, applicants must:

Be eligible to obtain DBS and BPSS clearance
Hold a UK passport or dual UK nationality

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems
Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor
Support system integration activities, ensuring compatibility across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines
Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and material selection
Ensure designs comply with customer specifications, industry standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations
