Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Summary Working as Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for the design and development of the mechanical hardware in Company products, including design concept models, drawings, specifications and related documents and procedures (such as Assembly manuals, User manuals  etc.).

Key Responsibilities & Authorities Designs and develops the mechanical product components from concept through production.

Conducts design analysis and optimization of mechanical components including considerations of design-for-manufacturability and cost.

Selects components and materials based on analysis of specifications and reliability.

Utilizes computer aided engineering design and analysis software in the design and development (such as 3D modeling, FEM analysis etc.).

Develops mechanical design documentation including drawings, specifications etc.
