Mechanical Design Engineer

Skills & experiences requirement :

• Graduates in a mechanical engineering course
• Experience in mechanical design of automation equipment, jigs and fixtures
• Experience in robotics, motion control systems, and pneumatics
• Proficient with Solidworks (Cad) & basic GD&T
• Able to work as a team player

Descriptions of job duties :

• Carry out mechanical design of automation equipments, jigs & fixtures, from early stage of conceptual design to final Cad modelling and engineering drawings.
• Perform material and standard OEM parts selection.
• Perform engineering calculation, simulation for design verification.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost, lead time and quality of products/services purchased are met.
• Hands on with assembly, alighnment and debugging of automation equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
