Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee and coordinate mechanical engineering projects within the construction sector.
Responsibilities:
Managing projects from pre-construction to completion Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors Overseeing programme, cost, and quality Building strong relationships with clients and consultants

Proven experience in a similar role Strong background in residential/apartment projects Commercially aware with the ability to run projects effectively Organised, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
