Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Mechanical (Car) Supervisor, to lead day to day mechanical operations for one of our railway-sector clients. Based primarily at a main terminal , this role supervises unionized employees to ensure railcar inspection, maintenance, and repair activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory and operational standards.
The Supervisor may also serve as an on-call resource supporting remote locations (line points) when required. As a leader in a 24/7 operational environment , this position is critical to achieving fleet availability, reliability, and dwell targets in support of customer commitments.
