Job Title: Building Services Engineer - Mechanical

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year

You will deliver high-quality mechanical building services designs across a variety of sectors, from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce mechanical building services designs for schools, offices, leisure facilities, government buildings, industrial facilities, and more.
Prepare feasibility studies, technical specifications, reports, and drawings.
Supervise the work and design quality of junior engineers.
Execute projects within defined design, programme, and cost parameters.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and condition assessments.
