Mechanical BIM Engineer and Modeler

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

· BIM experience working on multi-D projects

· Should have in-depth knowledge on Mechanical systems (HVAC, PHE and Firefighting) and how its constructed in site.

· To collaborate with Designers, BIM leads, Planners to ensure alignment and quality BIM models.

· Develop documentation required to support the implementation and progression of 3D & 4D BIM

· Promote the Digital Rehearsal process

· Confident in presenting to a wide range of stakeholders including Site Teams, Supplier, Client

· Excellent and passionate communicator

· Train, develop and support others in the use of best practices and latest technologies

· Work closely with the Designers and BIM teams and Planners to ensure 3D models

and plans are adequately developed to facilitate optimal 3D,4D&5D modelling
