This role focuses on performing in-house mechanical modifications, assembly, and disassembly of electric AC/DC motors according to detailed customer specifications. You will work in a modification shop environment, using a variety of hand, power, and pneumatic tools to rework and build motors of different sizes while following documented procedures and safety standards. The position involves close collaboration with modification leads, engineers, and quality teams to ensure all motors meet performance, safety, and documentation requirements.
