Mechanical Assembly Engineering Manager

A Mechanical Assembly Engineering Manager leads the end-to-end design, tooling, and deployment of mechanical assemblies (e.g., PCBA, box-builds, and system-level enclosures). To bridge the gap between new product introduction and factory production, optimizing jigs, implementing automation, and overseeing DFM (Design for Manufacturing).

Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign & DFM : Drive structural, plastic, and sheet metal design reviews. Ensure products meet Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/DFA) guidelines
• .Quality & Continuous Improvement : Drive root cause analysis, risk assessments (FMEA), and resolve tolerance or structural integrity issues using statistical methods and Lean Manufacturing principles
