Mechanical Assembler

We're looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our customers group in the lighting & optics area. This would be a temp-to-perm arrangement.
Responsibilities-Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions to accurately assemble components and subassemblies-Perform bench-level mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality-Follow established safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards-Complete work according to production schedules with minimal supervision-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area-Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts-Perform other duties and projects as assigned
