+ 6+ months of assembly or mechanical experience
+ Ability to read work orders or blueprints
+ Strong attention to detail

**Bonus Skills:**

+ Electrical assembly or schematic reading
+ Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, IPC, etc.)
+ Mandarin is a plus
