**Job Description**

Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler, working on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 6AM to 2:30PM. You will be part of a production line dedicated to building complex Linear motors for the automation industry, following strict manufacturing policies and procedures. This role requires flexibility to work additional hours during weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble components on a production line, adhering to manufacturing policies and procedures.
+ Participate in training sessions for soldering, injection molding, electro-mechanical assembly, and other related operations.
+ Assist with basic tasks until fully trained and proficient.
+ Collaborate in a team environment, rotating through different stations each day.
+ Perform tasks that require sitting and standing for long periods, with occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs.
