**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**

**Job Description**

This role involves assembling mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment, using hand and power tools to build and assemble components according to assembly drawings. The position requires at least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience in an electronic or mechanical manufacturing setting and offers a full-time, first-shift schedule with potential for long-term employment after an initial contract period.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret assembly drawings to accurately assemble equipment.
+ Assemble and build mail automation equipment and related mechanical assemblies.
+ Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble components and hardware.
+ Recognize and correctly use mechanical parts such as pulleys, bearings, springs, and gears during assembly.
