Mechanical Assembler

Adecco is hiring for Mechanical Assemblers for a manufacturer in Peabody! These are temp to perm opportunities.

1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm

2nd shift schedule: Monday-Thursday 230pm-1am

Pay rate: 1st shift - $23-25 per hour, 2nd shift - $26-27 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation: Read and decipher engineering schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs).

• Component Assembly: Align, fit, and secure parts together using hand tools, power tools, or hoists.

• Quality Assurance: Examine connections for correct fit, measure completed components, and test for proper functionality.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve assembly defects or malfunctions, notifying supervisors of persistent issues.
