**Job Title: Mechanical Assembler**

**Job Description**

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will work from drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions to perform basic skilled building, welding, fitting, aligning, and adjusting of subassemblies. You will ensure the highest level of quality while meeting job schedules, estimated hours, and customer specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Identify and locate correct materials from blueprints to pull from stock, skids of fabrication, job baskets, and/or pallet racks.
+ Assist in producing, teaching, and enforcing standard company build procedures.
+ Provide direction to and assist in the training of new hires at or below 'B' Assembler level as instructed.
+ Organize and participate in the prepping and unmasking of sub-assemblies and equipment before and after the painting process.
+ Build crates, package products, and load equipment on trucks for shipment.
