**Job Description**

Aerotek is seeking a **Mechanical Assembler** to join a growing production team in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on hands‑on assembly work supporting industrial control panel builds. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical assembly of industrial control panels and related components
+ Install and secure mechanical components such as coil pumps, enclosures, and hardware
+ Assist with panel assembly, including mounting frames, brackets, and devices
+ Perform heat trace work as required
+ Follow work instructions, diagrams, and schematics accurately
