**4-6 Month Contract** **Mechanical Assembler**

**1st Shift $23-25/hr**

**✅** **Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble small components using tweezers, often under a microscope
+ Perform bonding tasks using microscopes or magnifying glasses
+ Operate filament coiling machines efficiently
+ Conduct visual inspections of filaments and components for quality assurance
+ Use basic math and measuring tools (standard rulers) daily
+ Interpret work orders and light blueprints to complete assemblies accurately

**🧠** **Core Skills**

+ Microscope and magnification-based assembly
+ Hand assembly & fine motor skills
+ Soldering (if applicable)
+ Blueprint/work instruction interpretation
+ Visual quality inspection
+ Precision measurement
