**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Assembler to join our team. This role involves working in a clean shop environment for over 50 hours a week, starting at 5 AM. The position requires learning the assembly and build processes from start to finish across various departments. A strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read a tape measure are essential for performing basic tasks. Placement in specific departments will depend on your skills and experience.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical assembly by assembling components into cabinets according to drawings or pictures.
+ Connect wires in panels, following directions for point-to-point wiring and installing wire harnesses.
+ Retrofit control panels to customer specifications using hand tools and small equipment.
