**Job Description**

The Mechanical Assembler will work across various departments to assemble and prepare metal components and panels using hand and power tools. This role requires flexibility, a willingness to learn and cross-train, and the ability to follow blueprints and measurements accurately while supporting production needs on 1st shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate mechanical assembly of components.
+ Prepare panels for painting by installing insulation and hanging panels on hooks.
+ Package completed assemblies, ensure orders are filled accurately, and prepare products for shipment.
+ Cross-train in various departments to provide support and fill in as needed based on production demands.
