**Job Description**
This role involves assembling mechanical components and panels using hand and power tools in a metal manufacturing environment. You will work from blueprints, support multiple departments, and contribute to a variety of interesting, high-visibility projects. The position requires flexibility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle physical tasks throughout the shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures.
+ Work from and accurately interpret blueprints to complete mechanical assemblies to specification.
+ Prepare panels for painting by installing insulation and hanging panels on hooks.
+ Package completed assemblies securely and accurately to fulfill customer orders.
+ Cross-train in various departments and provide support where needed to meet production demands....
