Mechanical and Thermal Energy Conversion Processes

DutiesDuties will be performed under the supervision of the course instructor and may include: •Supervising laboratory sessions related to thermal and energy systems •Demonstrating laboratory equipment and experimental procedures •Updating and supporting laboratory materials and manuals •Developing and grading lab reports in accordance with provided grading guidelines •Leading tutorials and preparing problem sets •Assisting with development and grading of assignments and examinations •Supporting course administration, grade entry, and coordination •Assisting with invigilation of assessments •Other duties as reasonably assigned in support of course delivery Minimum Qualifications •Successful completion of a course in thermodynamics or energy systems (e.g., MIE303, MIE311, MIE411, or equivalent) •Demonstrated knowledge of thermodynamic cycles and energy conversion processes •Ability to support laboratory-based instruction and experimental activities •Strong written and verbal communicati...
