We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical & AC Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Mon to Fri.
The role:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor

To provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activities

To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPIs

To manage sub-contractors as necessary working to a safe system ...
