**Job Title: Entry-Level Diesel Mechanic (1st Shift)**

**Location:** Marshall, MN

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to launch or grow their careers in diesel mechanics. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or mechanically inclined individuals who want to develop into experienced diesel technicians in a hands-on, supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment
+ Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability
+ Complete mechanical and electrical repairs, including brakes, hydraulics, and related systems
