Mechanic (Marine III) Team Lead

Under the supervisions and direction of the Marine Mechanic Supervisor, the Marine Mechanic Team Lead supervises a team of 2-3 marine mechanics. He is responsible for his team’s performance to troubleshoot and repair marine engines, Hamilton water jets, and associated systems on board assigned U.S. Army vessels. Work is performed in port, or on-board moored vessels. Infrequently, there may be a requirement to work on board a vessel as part of post-repair sea trials (i.e., underway). All work is performed in accordance with Corporate Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and applicable U.S. Army regulatory requirements.
