Mechanic I

**Main Purpose of Job:**

To maintain efficient operating condition of all machines and equipment in the plant at all times to meet adequately production requirements.

**Objectives:**

1. To improve Line efficiency and performance by implementing CDM maintenance strategy to all equipment and facilities within his responsibilities.

2. To help improve operation thru involvement in innovation and renovation initiatives.

3. To work in hand in hand with production crew and respond accordingly to immediate needs during operation.

**Main Responsibilities:**

1. Performs routine check-up of all running machines, i.e., belts, bolts, vibration, oil, grease.

2. Performs preventive maintenance works such conditioned based & preventive maintenance and lubrication of equipment and facilities.

3. Perform breakdown maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
