Mechanic

The Shop & Infield Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a fleet of heavy equipment, trucks, and support machinery both in the shop and in the field. This role ensures equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Shop Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment (oil changes, filters, greasing, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Complete major and minor repairs on trucks and heavy equipment
• Maintain accurate service records and repair logs
• Keep shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with parts inventory and ordering

Infield Duties

• Travel to job sites to troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns
• Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime
