M&E Technician (Building Maintenance)

We are seeking a skilled and responsible M&E Technician to support the maintenance and daily operations of building facilities. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

• Maintenance & Technical Duties
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including:
• Electrical (LT systems and distribution)
• Air-conditioning systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation)
• Fire protection and firefighting systems
• Plumbing, drainage, and sewerage systems
• Water storage, distribution, and treatment systems
• Generator basic checks and battery systems
• Security, surveillance, and carpark systems
