• Review all the tender drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work upon receiving the invitation from the main contractor, consultant, or clients.
• Source for suppliers and request for quotation.
• Estimating, taking off the bill quantities and measuring the ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary and Electrical services from the tender drawings for commercial buildings and industrial building.
• Price comparison and costing summary.
• Preparing all relevant administration and documentation for Tender submission, such as technical data, schedule of unit rate, catalogue submission.
• Resource management, coordination with supplier and sub-contractors.
• Attend to clients’ inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Work with project engineer to ensure compliance with contracts and monitoring of project costs.
