Job Description

Linum Consult is working with a world leading, international tier 1 main contractor to identify an M&E Project Manager with a background in rail projects to join their team in Hanoi, Vietnam. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-leading, best-in-sector organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishing and communicating the project’s objectives, including the HVAC system, smoke control system, dewatering system, fire detection and fire-fighting systems, and the escalators & elevators

Ensuring that the project’s planning programme is followed by all project departments

Managing the financial aspects of the project and ensuring that objectives are met

Identifying and managing any risks

Ensuring the project is executed in accordance with contract requirements and applicable standards, laws and regulations

Organising staff and overseeing the recruitment process
