My client is looking for an experienced Senior MEP Manager to take responsibility for the day to day delivery of building services on a large scale residential scheme.

Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the mechanical and electrical packages on site, overseeing subcontractors, driving progress against programme and ensuring works are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with design, quality and client requirements.

This role would suit someone with a strong site presence, excellent technical knowledge and the confidence to challenge subcontractors, supply chain partners and internal teams where required.
