M&E coordinator

• Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project team
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and shop drawing
• Monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with project schedule
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issue
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities
• Ensure works comply with safety and quality standards
• Prepare reports, progress updates and documentation

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5 years relevant experience in construction or M&E projects
• Able to read technical drawings and construction plans
• Familiar with local codes, authority requirements and construction procedures
