MDS Coordinator (RN)

About the Role Lasata Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Lead Nurse Coordinator (MDS) to oversee the facility’s Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely MDS assessments.

This role is key to driving quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical documentation across the nursing department.
