MDS Coordinator

We are currently seeking a MDS Coordinator.

• Manage the MDS process in accordance with government regulations and company policies

• Unencumbered RN or LPN license

• 3–5 years of experience in long-term care

• Experience with MDS 3.0 preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare regulations preferred
