Brooke Knoll Village is looking for a licensed LPN or RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator.  Candidates should have received on-the-job training or completed an MDS-training program.  We are also willing to train quick learners.

MDS Coordinators must be organized, detail-oriented, have great assessment skills and be able to work independently.
