MDS Assistant

Murphy Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a name well known in the Murphy area, is currently seeking an energetic and dynamic Registered Nurse to work in our Interdisciplinary / MDS team.  We provide residents with a full range of long-term care and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of engaging social and recreational activities. 

The Care / MDS Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate completion, coordination, recording, updating, and monitoring of all Minimum Data Set (MDS) documentation required by state and other appropriate authorities.
