  Position Description 
  SUMMARY:  
 This position is a fulltime Non-Exempt hourly position, supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Program (MCTSP). The Mission Command Support Team (MCST) Trainer is responsible for MCIS training for the Mission Training Complex to include the development of Training Support Packages (TSPs), formal classroom instruction, over-the-shoulder (OTS) support, and systems integration for MTC driven individual and collective events as well as integrating requisite Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming and Mission Command (LVCG+MC).
  RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  
 MCIS trainers will conduct both formal information system operator training and informal over-the-shoulder MCIS training during collective training events. 
 Responsible for Developing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for the employment of MC systems.
