Job Accountability

• Ensure the lowest possible level of non-performing loans (NPL) through curing, remedial actions, or account write-offs.
• Manage the organic workforce and partner with outside service providers (OSPs) to ensure execution meets established standards.

Key Responsibilitie

• sNPL Management: Attain NPL budgets for the MC Loans product by monitoring accounts and implementing actions for curing, flow rates, and outstanding balances
• .Performance Monitoring: Identify, monitor, and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity and aid in achieving budget targets
