Maxima Albany - Store Operations Manager

Overview

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our Maxima Albany store in New Zealand on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and ensure the store consistently looks appealing.
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups.
• Manage and audit stocktakes.
• Help build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring, and regular feedback.
• Engage and motivate the in‑store team to meet KPIs and uphold our values.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development.
