The Role

You’ll teach Maths at KS3–KS4, using well-sequenced, mastery-based schemes designed to promote deep understanding and accuracy. All ECTs receive extensive modelling of explanations, examples, and practice routines — ensuring you never feel overwhelmed as you settle into your role.
