Monitor student progress, set improvement goals, and provideconstructive feedback. Develop, prepare, and access teaching materials. Mark assignments and in charge of students' portfolios, including academicevaluations. Build rapport with students and parents, effectively communicatingstudents' academic progress and addressing concerns. Using different coaching methods to meet the diverse competency levels of students, providing individualized support and guidance. Conduct curriculum research and analysis requirements.
