The Role

As a tutor, you’ll play a key role in every child’s learning journey by :

Delivering lessons that last : Using our smart learning tool, Compass, you’ll deliver tailored sessions where you facilitate learning through questioning, scaffolding and stretching.

Building meaningful relationships : With a 1:6 ratio, you’ll get to know each child and create a safe, inspiring environment where they can take risks and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Driving academic progress : Support members as they work through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE preparation, celebrating milestones and successes along the way.

You’ll thrive as an Explore Learning tutor if you :

• Are confident leading sessions with small groups (1:6), inspiring children to engage in their learning, using positive behaviour management strategies, and consistently prioritising their safety and wellbeing.
