Mathematics Teacher

Milk Education is working in partnership with a secondary school in Middlesbrough to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term temporary basis starting in September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school environment and make a real impact on students’ learning and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Maintain strong classroom management and promote positive behaviour
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school policies

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching mathematics in a UK secondary school setting
